Delivery Policy

Free Freight

Furnish my Office standard pricing includes freight to your store, and to any single storey urban business location that is open 8.00am – 5.00pm.

Delivery to multi storey premises will incur a shipping fee of $10.00 + GST per product up to a maximum of $50.00 + GST.

Urgent freight requests, private deliveries, deliveries to rural and remote areas may incur a delivery charge. Please enquire prior to placing an order. Deliveries to some locations are only made on certain week days.

Once your order is placed and full payment has been made, we aim to dispatch the goods to you within 7 days.

If your order is via track and trace courier it will need to be signed for.  Please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery.

If the order does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from confirmation of dispatch.

Freight acceptance Policy

Carefully check the goods for any visible damage before signing for them

Do not sign for the goods as in good  order unless you are satisfied there is no damage.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product, please sign the consignment note with “Damaged” clearly marked.

Please be clear that once you sign to accept delivery of the product, you are accepting full ownership for that product in its current condition.
