Returns Policy

Furnish my Office has a 7 day returns policy.

Any items with a manufacturing defect can be returned and must be shipped within 7 days of delivery date, in original/unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Please follow our instructions below if you wish to make a return.

1. Inform us of your intent to return by emailing customer services at sales@furnishmyoffice.co.nz
2. Place the items in the original box / packaging.
3. Ship your goods back to us with your chosen courier or postal company at your expense.  We recommend using a trackable and insured method so that your carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number.

Once these items have been received by Furnish my Office in it's original/unused condition, and in the original packaging, we will refund you the purchase price within 7 days.
